MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MAYURO

AND PDRRMO

1. Parties: This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and entered unto by and
between MAYURO NATIONAL whose address is at Mayuro, Rosario, Batangas and
PDRRMO of Rosario, Batangas.

2. Purpose: The purpose of this MOU is to establish the partnership of the MAYURO
NATIONAL and PDRRMO

3. Term of MOU: This MOU is effective upon the day and date last sign and executed by the
duly authorized representatives of the two parties and shall be remain effective and in full
force until the program is effective. It may be terminated through a written notice by any of
the parties if some provisions will be desecrated and dishonored by the either of them.

4. Responsibilities of MAYURO NATIONAL: As the only secondary educational school in

this barangay catering both Junior and Senior High School Programs, this institution is
hereby expected to perform responsibilities in partnership with the PDRRMO such as:
a. Be part and help the PDRRMO in their programs and projects related to the
education sector and beneficial to the learners of the institution.
b. Work hand-in-hand with the PDRRMO authorities achieving the goals of providing
quality education even in this time of crisis.

5. Responsibilities of PDRRMO: Since the school caters learning to the Learners of

Barangay Mayuro and neighboring barangay they also anticipated to performs some tasks to
support and assist the school in its needs to provide what is necessary for its students such as:
a. Assist the school in its programs and projects for the learners and looking with
partners and sponsors.
b. Provide service with the school of any concerns and queries regarding the learning
process and its operation that are address to them.

Amendments: Either party may request changes to this MOU. Any changes, modifications,
revisions or amendments to this MOU which are mutually agreed upon by and between the
parties to this MOU shall be incorporated by written instruments, and effective when
executed and signed by all parties in this MOU.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) shall take effect immediately after the signing hereof
and for a period until the Distance Learning Program is in effect.
