1 Rectifier breakers There are twenty rectifier breakers in the RECR. Each breaker controls
one rectifier.
2 Communication The communication interfaces at the front of the RECR are optional.
interfaces The interfaces corresponds to those on the BACK board at the back of
the RECR.
4 Filler panel The filler panel is installed at the unused rectifier slot.
5 Centralized The CSU monitors the running status of rectifiers, AC/DC power
supervision unit distribution and battery packs and collects real-time data.
(CSU) The CSU communicates with the background supervision center (SC)
and realizes the intelligent management of the system.

Note: This RS485/RS422 interface shares the
same asynchronous serial port with the RS232_2
interface. Thus, the two interfaces cannot be used
at the same time.
l There are two CAN interfaces at the rear of RECR. One is X2 the BACK board and
the other is at the lower part of the RECR.
l The MOXA card is used as a serial device server. It provides an RJ45 Ethernet
interface for remote supervision networking.
l The SNMP board is used for remote networking.
l The BACK board provide interfaces for CAN communication, RS232/RS485/RS422
communications, input/output relays, and environmental status. See 3.3

1 Flange The rectifier has one flange with a screw installation hole on both left and
right sides respectively. Users can fix the rectifier onto a cabinet with screws.
2 Handle The rectifier has one handle on both left and right sides respectively. Users
need to use the handles when installing/uninstalling the rectifier.
3 Switch Push the switch upwards to unlock rectifier, while push the switch downwards
to lock the rectifier. Users need to use this switch when installing/uninstalling
the rectifier.
4 Shutter Air inlet of the built-in fan. It helps the rectifier dissipate heat. No obstacles
are allowed outside the ventilators.
5 LEDs Ten LEDs are used to display the current. Each LED represents 12 A output
current. Each time 12 A is increased, anther LED will be on from bottom to
top.
6 Status Four status indicators are used to indicate the work status of the rectifier.
indicator
7 QUY button When the rectifier is working in a power supply system equipped with central
supervision unit (CSU), after pressing this button, users can easily query
the running information and fault information of the rectifier, and change
its running parameters and ID in the parameter setting menu through the
LCD screen of the CSU.
9 Ventilator Used for heat dissipation. No obstacles are allowed outside the ventilators.

Alarm of the following faults: AC other equipment. Users cannot
input under-voltage, AC input judge whether the rectifier is
over-voltage, AC phase lost, faulty by the ALM indicator only
AC phase imbalance, rectifier
over-temperature, bad current limit,
address conflict, or the rectifier is
not in position
OFF No alarm
FAU (Red) ON The rectifier may have one Users can judge whether the
Fault of the following faults: output rectifier itself is faulty by the
over-voltage, output over-current, FAU indicator
fan fault, output fuse blowing,
primary over-current, internal
