    Dear Mayor Handumon,

    Good day!

    For the delivery of quality hospital services, the undersigned would like to report that
    we have found two (2) boxes of medicines containing Five Hundred Forty (540)
    vials of Ceftriaxone Sodium (Paxone) 1g to expire on February 2024.

    The abovementioned boxes were found in the Out Patient Department Building
    during its renovation. The medicines were unaccounted for and we have not found
    any records pertaining these medicines.

    Further, the undersigned would like to seek permission to utilize the medicines as it
    is one of the fast moving item/medicine in the hospital pharmacy.
