Details of the Work/Services to be performed

Dear Sirs,

Having carefully examined the Bid documents for the execution of the above named Works, we the
undersigned offer to execute the whole of the said Works in conformity with the above referred Bid
documents for sums as may be ascertained in accordance with the said conditions of the Contract.

(ii) This Bid shall remain valid for a period of 180 calendar days from the Closing Date
for submission of Bids.

(iii) We confirm that for the submission of this Bid, no agent or any intermediary has been
engaged, or shall be engaged to provide any services, or any other item of work
related to the award and/or performance of the Contract and that we have not
breached and shall not breach the Company’s Code of Business Ethics Policy. In the
event, Company finds any non-compliance to such undertaking, we acknowledge the
right of the Company to declare our Bid to be non-compliant and if the Contract has
been awarded to declare the Contract null and void,

(iv) We declare that we do not have any Conflict of Interest (as defined in ITT). In the
event, Company finds any non-compliance to such undertaking, we acknowledge the
right of the Company to declare our Bid to be non-compliant and if the Contract has
been awarded to declare the Contract null and void.

(v) Upon your written acceptance of our Bid hereof we agree to sign a formal Contract
Agreement in the form of the Proposed Agreement within thirty (30) days of your
acceptance of our Bid. If we fail to sign the formal Agreement within the 30 day
period, you may at your option and without prejudice to other remedies available to
you in law, revoke your acceptance of our Bid.
