SUBJECT : Spot Report on Alleged Robbery

DATE : February 04, 2014

Reference: Blotter entry # 2421, page 127 dated February 04, 2014

1. At on or about 1100H of February 04, 2014, PAT Shella Marie C. David

received a text message about an alleged robbery case at A. Arnaiz Ave
Cor Burgos St., 60 Zone 7, Pasay, 1300 Metro Manila.

2. Initial investigation led by PEMS Marlon Angulo Jerusalem, PSSgt Jerom

Ortaleza and PCpl Anton Macaraeg revealed that the 7 suspects namely
BILIE MARINO, JUAN DELA CRUZ, ANDREAS MATE, POLTONG
RODRIGO, WALY TUTA, KIMPI ILONG and TERENS KAMAY were
hiding in an underground tunnel that leads to Magdalena Pawnshop.
Together with the SWAT team the PNP went to Tripa de Gallina, a
possible exit route of the suspects. The SWAT team went inside the tunnel
and exchange gunshots with the suspects that went on for 5 minutes.

3. TENO MARINO, a family member of Bili Marino, went to the scene and
claimed that his family member and his friends are not trying to steal. After
3 hours, the asphalt in front of the pawnshop was destroyed using the
backhoe and jack hammer of the MMDA, revealing the tunnel. They
recovered several tools and equipment: Hammer, Jack, Shovel, Metals
used for demolition, Chains and a Boat made in Styrofoam.

4. At on or about 1800H, the suspects were captured and was transported to

Pasay General Hospital for medical examination.

5. The suspects are in custody of Pasay City Police Station.
