2. Price Term 价格条款

The price unit is US Dollars (USD).
价格单位为美元。
The price is based on CIF Lyttelton, New Zealand according to “ INCO terms 2010”.
价格为新 西 兰 利 特 尔 顿 交货价,依据《国际贸易术语解释通则 2010》。

3. Payment Term 付款方式

30% of the total contract price paid by T/T after signing the contract.
签完合同，电汇合同总金额的 30%。
70% of the total contract price paid by T/T after inspection and before shipment.
发货前验货后，电汇合同总金额 的 70%。

4. Quality Guarantee 质量保证
15 months after B/L date or 12 months after installation and commissioning, whichever comes earlier
(Wear parts are not included)
提单日后的 15 个月或安装调试完后的 12 个月，以较早者为准（易损件不包括在内）。
The inlet hopper, seat frame and vibration grizzly shall be pre-assembly before shipment in case there
is no interference and other quality problem before shipment.
进料仓，底座和棒条式振动料机在发货前 需要进行预组装，确保没有干涉等质量问题。

5. Delivery Time 交货期

All the goods shall be ready for shipment within 15 working days after receiving advanced payment and
getting the approval on the general assembly drawing.
所有设备在预付款到账且总图确认后的 15 个工作日内 具备发货条件。

6. Packing 包装
The equipment bodies and partial accessories and spare parts shall be packed in seaworthy cases and
well protected against dampness, moisture, shock, rust, and rough handling for the transportation
period and be as appropriate for safe delivery receipt to port of destination.
设备主体和附属件以及备件要用适合海运的的包装，做防潮，防晃，防锈等基础处理。
The equipment shall be covered with waterproof cloth.
设备需要加盖防雨篷布。

7. Other terms 其它条款

If the delivery is delayed more than 90 days due to the Buyer’s reason, the Buyer shall bear the
expenses for the Seller’s goods maintenance and storage.
如因买方原因，造成延迟发货超过 90 天，则买方应承担卖方货物维护和仓储保管设备的费用。
