SUBJECT : 3rd Progress Report on Hacking Incident

2. The above references pertain to the hacking incident transpired in Barangay

Elizabeth Marcos Ilocos Norte, around 11:00 AM, on February 22, 2022 wherein Kichelle y
Taclan, 35 years old and a resident of the said place was reported to this station that she was
hacked his husband do it by her own selves.

3. Investigation disclosed that she hacked his husband using bolo. When the reporter
approached and asked for a permit, the suspect failed to present any. The suspect were arrested
by the responding police officers and confiscated the said bolo and she was detain temporary in
this station.

4. On February 22, 2022, the suspect Kichelle y Taclan appeared to this station and
surrender herself and gave her statement about what happened in barangay Elizabeth Marcos
Ilocos Norte. Be informed that a case for frustrated murder (hacking) was referred to office of
the Provincial Prosecutor (OPP), against the suspect. This dated February 29, 2022 under
preliminary investigation. (NPS DOCKET NO. I-65-INN-353-00287)

5. The suspect are now under temporary custody of Marcos MPS for proper disposition.

6. Final Report will be forwarded to that Office ASAP.
