    Naturalistic samples = extremely time-consuming and difficult
    It may not result in the outcomes one desires
    2. Bilingual Syntax Measure (BSM) consisted of a series of cartoonlike drawings

    Researchers need to be aware of two possible threats to the validity of such investigations
    The first is that by determining in advance what is going to be considered relevant, other potentially important phenomena might be overlooked

    Artifact= ketika instrument tidak menangkap realitas senatural mungkin, jadi yang muncul itu adalah bias yang timbul dari instrument itu sendiri

    Sample = representative dari population.


    Probability = random sampling (convenience and purposive sampling)

    Triangulasi dianjurkan untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih solid


    Quantitative boleh memakai questionnaire, namun kelemahan questionnaire bisa dijawab asal-asalan. Jadi ketika menyebarkan questionnaire
    harus disertai dengan cover letter, questionnaire ini tentang apa, untuk apa, dan menjaga kerahasiaan.
