mayroong nahit syang artery kaya bumulwak ang dugo ng pasyente.

sya ng mga kasama nito sa OR. Then tunog yung ekg. Kaya naman napabalik sya sa kanyang realidad.

Doc Laura: Migz, nagstart lang na may hand tremors ako then sa bahay nahihirapan ako matulog at
nahihilo ako most of the time. Hindi ko naman pinansin noong una kasi akala ko pagod lang sa
operations pero ayun nga bigla akong hindi makagalaw then yung kamay ko biglang nagkaroon ng
involuntary movement habang nag-oopera kay director.

Doc Migz: Aside dito, may nararamdaman ka pa bang iba?

Doc Laura: Wala naman, yun lang yung naramdaman ko

Doc Migz: Okay, ngayon naman may ipapagawa ako sayong mga task to assess the agility of your arms
and legs, muscle tone, gait balance.

Doc Migz: Based sa mga sinabi mo and sa result ng physical exam na ginawa natin, Laura, wag ka
mabibigla. It looks like you have Parkinson’s disease.

Doc Laura: Parkinson’s disease?! I’ve heard about it pero can you elaborate it more, Migz?

Doc Migz: (Explain Parkinson’s disease kasama treatment and management)

Parkinson’s Disease is a chronic, progressive neurologic disorder that results from the loss of the
neurotransmitter dopamine in a group of brain structures that control movements.

so yung major manifestation nito actually ay yung mga signs and symptoms na pinapakita mo na sa
ngayon kung saan ito yung dahilan kung bakit ka nag freeze-up yesterday, nahihilo ka, unusual tremors
mo, slowness of movements mo, and ung limb stiffness mo.

Usually kasi this disease progresses from men aged 60 and above, so your case is like maagang
nagdevelop ung signs and symptoms mo.
