COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The course elaborates the provisions of the 1987 Constitution and related jurisprudence, particularly
on the provisions on Bill of Rights (Article III, 1987 Constitution).

Students will be required to read references and textbook, memorize provisions of the Constitution and
master doctrines laid down by related jurisprudence.
