Knowledge
In this days knowledge is the key to have a better life in the future, to achieve the better life in the
future we should first have education. But why?, because education is the key to have knowledge in life.
And knowledge is the key for better opportunities, if there are better opportunities it means you will
have a better life in future. Because money can steal by anyone form you, but the knowledge of
education you have will remain forever in you.
What I Have Learned (venn diagram)
FORMAL EDUCATION
- It is composed of kindergarten and 6 years in primary education then the secondary contains 4
years in junior high school and 2 years in senior high school and another 2-8 years in college the
years is depend on the course that the student will take.
- It happens in the school
- It is continued learning because every year the student should attend in the school
- It has a maximum of 10 months schooling in each grade level
NON FORMAL EDUCATION
- It is not a school based education where is the facilitator carried out the activity to the
community with children who cannot go to school
FORMAL AND NONFORMAL EDUCATION (similarities)
- They both lead to a change in attitude and behavior of the learner
- They both impart knowledge and skills to the learner
