extending product lines and considering new channels of distribution are the two
best strategies.
Firstly, increasing sales growth is extending product lines to offer a more
comprehensive experience to prospective customers. We can ask our existing
customers about potential product ideas connected to the current lines through
surveys and other such mediums. It would give us can improve our overall
reputation with the customer base.
Secondly, most customers want easy access to products and services and that’s
not always easy to deliver. While we can establish a new unit in every state or
city we sell your products and services; this will require time, effort, and money.
Therefore, we can partner up with distributors, supermarkets, and other such
establishments, or establish an association with online retailers and e-commerce
companies.
