Teacher’s Duties

Sports Day
Location : City Club Field
 All teachers are requested to report to the field sharp at 8 am.
 Class teachers will respectively collect the class placard and organize their
students in line with the help of the responsible teachers and attendants.
 After being organized, they will start practicing the national anthem and
the oath for the assembly which will be held at 9 A.M.
 After the assembly, Teachers should locate their assigned field and gather
their students in the allotted spaces.
 Teachers will start practicing the assigned games of their grade and
select the minimum qualified students for the main event.
*(Collect the necessary sport materials e.g. whistles, ribbons, Chalk Powder etc. from the sports
co-ordinator before the practice begins)
