1.Reference: Memorandum from the Office of the Provincial Fire Director-

Rizal R4A re: Explanation Letter re: BFP Live Mewing Accomplishment signed by SUPT
CRISPULO P EUSEBIO JR dated 03 May 2023.

2. ln connection with the above reference, the undersigned watched the BFP
live but it has poor internet connection and network congestion due to simultaneous web
traffic used during the watching of BFP TV live, their comments were not posted on the
comment section and even the likes and heart reaction they make.
3. ln regards with these, the personnelwere required to have his screen shots,
and send to our station GC, and all have sent their screen shots on the GC as proof that
he was watching. (Pls see attached photos)

4. Rest assured that this incident will not happen again and will ensure the
comments and reactions of every personnel be counted.
