1. Reference : Verbal instruction from the C, Intel

2. This pertains to the alleged report regarding the involvement of Reynaldo Malate of
Brgy. Longos to a robbery armed group.

3. The story below specifies the armed robbery event that occurred.

4. That the name mentioned above is to be involved in the robbery at serenity pawnshop
located at Leono St. Malabon City

4. The verification showed that one of the arrested suspects named Kim Agan was
identified to be Reynaldo Malate’s uncle.

5. The chief Intel task to track down the suspect through undercover operation wherein the
following operatives where utilized.

6. May 06, 2021 around 12:50 pm, when the team were able to pinpoint the location of the
target, his full details, including name and information about his wife and offspring’s, through
inquiring a university with regards to the suspect’s whereabouts.
7. On or about 12:13 pm of May 09 2021, the team were verified the street location on
where the suspect lives in.

8. May 12, 2021 at 7:00 pm, when the team found out the previous work and other
information on the suspect’s family.

9. May 20, 2021, the team conducted shadowing on the movement of the suspect. The
team dispersed into two in order to spot the suspect.

10. May 20, 2021, It was three of Afternoon when the team went over to the University to
conduct surveillance on Reynaldo Malate which was initially a primary suspect. The team were
able to capture of photo of the suspect unwarily while he was talking to a fellow guard.

11. May 22, 2021, It was five of Afternoon when the team captured a photo to primary
suspect in front of his work place. The operatives spotted the subject talking to someone riding
in a red and white Honda motorcycle. Around 5:22 pm, A few minutes later the other person
came from the university walk and approach the subject and the woman riding a motorcycle.
After the woman and subject done negotiating, the subject went over to the vendors outside the
City of Malabon University to buy something to eat, after that he went back to his workplace.
The team keep an eye to the suspect until he goes out of work around 7:09pm ride his
motorcycle. Around 7:10 pm the other two agents standby not so far from the first two
operatives was able to captured a video of the suspect on his way home riding his motorcycle.
However, the suspect was in a bit rush while driving the motorcycle. The two of the operatives
standby near the suspect house and was able to captured a picture of the suspect as he got off
to his motorcycle.

10. May 23, 2021, after a long week of investigation, the team disclose the surveillance on
the subject. The surveillance team did not saw an indicative movement from the subject of any
illegal activities. In fact, the subject is currently working as CSU at City of Malabon University.
Though he’s on the said University when a similar case happened.

11. Findings/ Recommendation

Based on the intelligence report the investigators finds no merits to file charges against the
subject or even arresting him, considering the fact that shadowing turned out to be negative
result to convict the subject in robbery armed group. He also didn’t have any case in Brgy.
Longos Malabon City.
