1. The Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Regional Task Force 7 ELCAC (RTF 7-
ELCAC) will convene for a meeting on December 10, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at
the NEDA 7 Conference Room, Government Center, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City. Those
who cannot physically attend the meeting will be provided with a Zoom link so they can
attend via video conference.

2. The TWG will tackle, among others, the following: a) preparations for the upcoming visit
of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to Region 7 initially scheduled in January 2022, b)
status of the RTF ELCAC Operations Center (OpCen), c) status of SBDP 2022 PAPs,
and, d) submission of ELCAC reports by clusters.
