Using Biodegradable Waste, Potassium Permanganate,
and Sucrose as an Alternative for Fire Igniter:
An Experimental Research Study
INTRODUCTION
Fires are used mostly in our everyday life. We
use it when we generate heat and fire, cook
food, inclination of waste, and many more. We
all know that making fires is hard sometimes
because of the weather and temperature. Fire
igniters tend not to work sometimes when you
need them badly.
The experimental research study is about using
Biodegradable Waste, Potassium Permanganate,
and Sucrose as an alternative for fire igniters. The
Biodegradable Waste will be sun-dried, then will be
pulverized. Sugar does not burn itself, but when it
is mixed with potassium permanganate and lit the
mixture will create a fire. It will be mixed all
together and then molded into a silicon molder.
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
This study aims to find alternative fire ignites.
Biodegradable Waste, Potassium Permanganate, and
Sucrose will be used to create the alternative fire igniter.
This study will reduce the production of biodegradable
waste and use it more innovatively. This study aims to
reduce the effects of greenhouse gases effects on the
environment by using potassium permanganate, sucrose,
and biodegradable waste.
RESEARCH GAP
Although using a fire igniter can be handier,
sometimes it can give us a hard time using
it. So, we came up with this study to create
an alternative fire igniter using
biodegradable waste, potassium
permanganate, and sucrose.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
1. Is Potassium Permanganate accessible and
sustainable?
2. Can Biodegradable Waste affect the ignition of
fire when mixed with Potassium Permanganate
and Sucrose?
3. Is it Feasible to create an alternative fire igniter
using Biodegradable Waste, Potassium
Permanganate, and Sucrose?
Evaluating the Efficiency of Adjustable Water Alarm
Monitoring System to Avoid Water Leak: An
Experimental Research Study
INTRODUCTION
As time goes by, technology is evolving by leaps
and bounds. The most common problem that we
usually encounter is that humans are getting too
busy because of responsibilities, hectic schedules,
and tasks. According to Robert Sheldon (2022), a
sensor is a device that detects and responds to
some type of input from the physical environment.
This experimental research study is about using
sensors to monitor and prevent water leakages. It
can help a lot of people that have hectic
schedules. This will be beneficial for a lot of
people and also for the environment.
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

This experimental research study aims to avoid the

possibility of wasting water. Through the use of an
adjustable water alarm monitoring system with a
sensor, we can do our tasks balanced, we are going to
have an awareness and alert if the water in the pail
and container will be filled up nearly.
RESEARCH GAP
Many studies have been done in making a water
alarm monitoring system but their product still
needs a lot of execution to satisfy their users. So,
we came up with this study to improve the water
monitoring system by adding an adjustable
Polyvinyl Chloride and alarm with a sensor to
reduce the waste of water and water leakages.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
1. Is the water sensor accessible and
affordable?
2. Is it feasible to create a water monitoring
system with a sensor?
3. Can the sensor sustain its life for a long
time?
An Experimental Research Study in Evaluating the
Potential of Gumamela (Hibiscus
Rosa Sinensis), Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera), and
Beeswax (Cera Alba)
Extracts as Natural Ingredients for Lotion
Formulation
INTRODUCTION
Skin is the one that protects our body and
acts like a barrier. It is essential to our
overall health and it carries out a variety of
tasks that helps us maintain our wellbeing.
However, a lot of people are fond of using
different kinds of non-organic skin care
products.
This experimental research study is about
formulating a lotion that is hypoallergenic
and suitable for all skin types. Using
malunggay, gumamela, and beeswax is very
beneficial for our skin. The malunggay
leaves and gumamela leaves will be crushed
to extract their oil. That oil will be mixed to
water and beeswax to create a lotion.
The study points out the significance of
skincare as well as the dangers of using non-
organic skincare products which include
dangerous substances that can cause
different effects like itchiness, rashes,
burning, or stinging.
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
This experimental research study aims to
formulate a lotion that is compatible with
all skin types. Malunggay, Gumamela,
and Beeswax will be the main ingredients
for this experimental study. This study
aims to formulate a hypoallergenic lotion
for all.
RESEARCH GAP
Although a wide variety of lotions are present
nowadays, some of them are very irritating to
some sensitive skin. So, we came up with this
experimental research study where we will
combine malunggay, gumamela, and beeswax
to formulate a lotion that is suitable for all skin
types.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

1. Are gumamela, malunggay, and beeswax

compatible with each other?
2. Is Beeswax accessible and affordable?
3. Will the product be suitable for all skin
types?
