Don’t buy single-use plastic products :
Pop a flask or reusable bottle in your bag next time you are out and
about. Make this a habit and cut your weekly bottle buying altogether,
stopping 52 bottles ending up in landfills and oceans.
More than 2,600 plastic bottles a year would be stopped from entering
our environment altogether if just 50 people use a reusable bottle
instead of buying a single-use bottle.

.Hi Jane, Today I will tell you about an activity I like to do with my
family. On weekends, we have leisure time. So we always spend it on
relaxing to prepare for a busy week ahead. After a busy week, most
people indulge in a lazy weekend. But my family is different. My
father made a rule in our family that we would always spend our
Sunday going outside and enjoying nature. For example, last Sunday
we had a picnic in Hoang Van Thu park. We played some sports, such
as shuttlecock kicking and badminton. Besides, I drew a picture of the
landscape here. I like to go outside with my family because, at this
moment, I feel so relaxed and fresh after hard days of studying. This
activity also enhances our family relationship. So, this is how I spend
time with my family.
