INVENTORY VALIDATION

Date: April 8, 2022

1. In line with the ongoing online National School Building Inventory (NSBI), this office informs all
Elementary and Secondary School Heads to prepare their accomplish school NSBI form for the
Conduct of Onsite School Building Validation on April 18-19, 2022.
2. The composition of the validation team are the District Planning Officer, District Property
Custodian and District ICT Coordinator.
3. This activity aims to:
a. ensure more accurate and comprehensive data of school buildings, classrooms, furniture
and other facilities in all DepEd public schools.
b. Provide Technical Assistance on queries regarding NSBI form.
4. The conduct of onsite validation is schedule as follows:
