JOB TITLE Administration Director Department

Job Purpose:
Administration Director will be responsible for ensuring logistic support, facilitate staff, office
space allocation, mail & materials management, procurement and repair & maintenance of
the Central Office.
Key Responsibilities:
 To oversee administration of the company.
 To prepare, review and amend SOPs of Administration department.
 To coordinate with functionaries of the company in various offices to perform the
mentioned tasks & duties
 To ensure and monitor availability of up to date information, mail, materials,
scheduling and distribution, records management, telecommunications
management, security, wellness, and transportation services.
 To examine technology usage, personal property needs, energy consumption
patterns, and develop energy efficiency procedures.
 To plan long and short-term maintenance needs and oversee support services.
 To modernize and update equipment and oversee renovation of the building and
office.
 To oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to
the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services
 To handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies.
 To supervise building's operations and maintenance, real estate, maintenance,
communication, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors.
 To plan and arrange workspaces for existing and new employees.
 To facilitate departments/programs in all aspects related to logistic support.
 To get engaged in Performance Management System
 To take initiative for own capacity building and self-development.
 To carry out any other task assigned by competent authority
Working Conditions:
Working conditions include office work. Most of the time Administration Director needs to
deal with multiple tasks/queries at one time which may causes stress. Ability to manage
work load is the key.

Qualification/ Experience:
Administration Director should have Masters or equivalent degree with 06 years of relevant
experience.
