Nowadays, every country and community faces population explosion; the number of population is rising

day by day and the governments need to promote strategic plans to provide job opportunities for new
generations to come. This job opportunities could not become real unless building factories, or easing
the process of establishing factories for private sector. Alongside building factories the governments
should think about alternatives for factories wastages and garbage to be terminated. Especially the
factories, that are building the plants near communities, should follow the rules of clean environments.

Building a factory near communities will provide job opportunities for the residents directly and
indirectly. The people, who work in factory as worker or expertise, would benefit directly, and the
people, who buy the products, take part in transportation or selling the goods will benefit indirectly.

Alongside the advantages, there would be several challenges in front of planting a factory near
community that causes some sort of pollutions like: air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution.

By-product of some factories are smoke or ash that they float in air and reduce the amount of oxygen of
the air and causes respiratory disease for human and other related air disease because the amount of
carbon dioxide in air increase and some other chemical substances in air like vapor of lead, monoxide
which are harmful for our lungs.

Factories have wastage in the form of oil, water, and other garbage they have to terminate them. These
substances will enter to revers and canals that damages water life animals like fishes or other water
living animals.

Factories have heavy machines that work to produce goods, would produce much noise and the noise
will bother the residence. Especially if there is any hospital near factory will cause discomfort for
patient.

Finally, because of air, water, noise pollution, I don’t agree to build a factory near community to cause
illness and discomfort for residents of the area. The government of the company should build the
factory a place far from cities that restrict these types of pollutions and bothering people.
