think the advantages outweigh disadvantages?

The industrial revolution has changed the way businesses used to grow and
expand. In this contemporary world, they are burgeoning at a rate never
anticipated by anyone. As a result, they require more and more land,
infrastructure, connectivity with other parts of country and so on. So, some
governments are emphasizing businesses to more towards rural areas. In my
opinion, pros will outweigh cons, which will be discussed in the following essay.
To begin with, establishing businesses nearby villages benefits organization the
most. This is due to availability of land at cheaper rate and the savings on the
same can be utilized for modernization of plant or machinery. Moreover, as the
rural areas are located outside city, problem of traffic congestion is eliminated.
Hence, this will ensure faster and uninterrupted delivery of finished goods and
inflow of row materials.
Secondly, as companies forays towards villages, it will aid in growth of people
living in nearby areas. These Factories creates plenty of employment
opportunities for public. Otherwise, they will have to migrate to suburbs or
metros for job. Furthermore, an overall development of them can be achieved
in terms of education facilities, living standards, better connectivity and so on.
As, employees starts living in near vicinity of their workplace.
On the contrary, one major disadvantage is environmental damage that comes
with development of industries. In fact, they are major contributors in emission
of greenhouse gases and pollutants. However, some factories also dispose of
contaminated water in natural water resources, ultimately damaging inherent
nature of it and health of inhabitants.
To conclude, it is undaunted that industrial development nearby rural areas
plays a vital role in growth of both business and public. Therefore, taking into
account advantages that industries bring in, government should encourage the
same. At the same time, local authorities should set up guidelines with respect
to alleviate pollution caused by factories to maintain natural atmosphere of
villages intact.
