Many people say that the life of people who live in the large cities is not comfortable.

What are the reasons behind this? What could be the solution?

It is explicitly evident that cities are growing rapidly nowadays. The rise in population in this context
brings enormous hardships for the general masses who live in urban areas. The upcoming paragraphs
discuss possible reasons of this aspect and provide some suitable solutions to ameliorate this situation.

To begin with, it is prudent to mention that cities are overcrowded due to immense migration of people
from countryside to towns. The reason of this trend is the remarkable industrialization and
establishment of multinational companies near the cities which attract the people for the employment.
This outlook actually causes construction of several buildings out of capacity which result in shortage of
facilities and amenities in the urban area. For instance, Karachi, a largest city in Pakistan is facing scarcity
of drinking water which affects life of its residents. Moreover, due to industrial growth in cities, carbon
foot print is generated which is triggering many health diseases.

However, despite the fact that citizens are facing many issues, some valuable steps can be taken to
mitigate these difficulties. The first and foremost is that Government should regulate industrialization
near villages to avoid this abnormal migration of individuals from rural areas to urban area.
Furthermore, state should manage the provision of necessary facilities with increasing demand. To
demonstrate, some countries took afore mention steps with positive outcomes. Hence, by adopting
proper actions can help to solve issues that people are facing in towns.

To sum up, poor planning and centralization of industry in cities are the basic culprits that lead
detrimental issues in the life of general masses. Nevertheless, these problems can be properly
addressed by suitable management by administration.
