End of Module reflection (500-1000 words)

Name : Astrodita Adya Seta

The reflection at the end of the module is a chance to synthesise your learning and

to demonstrate what you have learned.

Learning has 6 elements which we want to  demonstrate here:

 Acquisition  of new knowledge
 Inquiry around the new knowledge
 Discussion with others
 Practice by taking the new knowledge and applying to your own context
 Collaboration – working with others to share the new knowledge
 Production of an output e.g. your assignments

1. Acquisition
What did you learn throughout the module?
a. Name the key lessons learnt
Professor Marcos Borges

b. Consider which are most important

I think about special attention to the current challenges of crisis
management for the participants to make the connection with a new
way of thinking about crisis of all types.

c. Discuss aspects with which you disagreed

I respect to the discussion about some reasons of many challenges in disaster
management (new type, unknowing typical, understood). I try to give some
argue about the reasons alot of challenges in disaster management. The
major challenges associated with disaster response planning are the failure
in strictly applying the law, the lack of public and staff education about
disaster risks, poor urban planning, unstable security situation, citizen
intervention, endowment of equipment, tools and infrastructure and lack
of financial resources.

d. Discriminate conceptions and models that may influence your

personal leadership in healthcare
I have watched these videos about the modul, so I thought that all of modul
and concepts are contain an each information and knowledge. Every major
relates to environmental exictance. It’s always an excellent idea to identify
existing definitions from reputable Another approach to developing a
concept model, better in many respects, is in conjunction with the actual
authoring of textual problems. No matter what approach I use, always
remember I am not actually starting from scratch. People already have
concepts in their minds. The challenge is that those concepts are often not
very precise but always worthwhile.
2. Inquiry and Discussion
How is what you learned important to you?
a. What has changed in your thinking  - discuss three
The most important thinks I have learned such to establish and promote
shared leadership in the team; I take a concept how to maintain my own
well-being and build my personal resilience during protracted crisis event;
and then I shall study about applying existing policies and procedure during
prolonged critical event support or hinder resilient performance.

b. Has this led you to do more learning in this field – please give examples
Yes It has led me to do more learning in this field by various theories,
concepts, and considerations. Mainly in crisis management
includes evacuations, search and rescue missions, and emergency medical
training. Examples of disaster relief are: Setting up temporary shelters that
provide a safe place to sleep, food, and emotional support from trained
personnel. Delivering meals and water.  To highlight the necessary
educational and training programs that might help policymakers to improve
emergency and disaster management.

3. Practice and Collaboration
How will you apply what you have learned in the future?
a. List actions you will or have taken in your day to day practice
I just joined to ISQua for improving my knowledge and assessment in the
crisis and health policy management.

b. How has this made you act differently – give examples

Such example : I just took some moduls, and I thought that medical/disaster
management training is necessary to be conducted. Several staffs do not
understand about that. Training program in crisis management should be
held, I will take an action to my work place which is good idea to be
considered.

c. Give examples where this has been relevant to your context

It is too relevant in my context as an hospital/clinical staff, I am going to face
an accreditation moment soon. So that is useful as a provision.

d. What would you like to be added to the module to assist your learning

I am interested to learn about Patient Safety Management.

e. What would you change?

I would not change everything, but I would make up everything better and
perfect.
