Head Waiter : Good evening. Can I help you?

Guest : Yes. I ordered dinner from room service. That was about forty five minutes
ago. But it hasn’t come yet.

Head Waiter : Yes sir.

Guest : I have telephoned Room Service Twice, but my dinner still hasn’t appeared yet.

Head Waiter : I see

Guest : I have an appointment at eight o’clock and now it seems that I have to go
without having dinner.

Head waiter : I am sorry about this, sir. You ordered dinner forty five minutes a go, and you
have phoned twice since then.

Guest : that’s right

Head Waiter : I really must apologize. You sould have received it not later than fifteen
minutes after you ordered it.

Guest : That was I thought

Head Waiter : I try to sort it out and will make sure that the dinner is sent to you immendiatly
