Now, Lets' practice the following Dialogue:


A : Good Morning, Welcome to Itaewon Class, How may I assist you Madam?
B : I'd like to reserve a table for my Dinner.
A : What day is it for Madam?
B : It's For Tomorrow evening
A : And what time would you like the reservation for?
B : 7.20 sounds perfect, But perhaps I'll make it 7.30.
A : Great. How many people will be in your Dinner Madam?
B : for 2 only. Me and my Husband
A : Perfect, Can I have your name and your phone number Madam?
B : Sure, I'm Catherine Yang and can be reach at 081 810 018 801

A : Well Mrs. Yang, Let me repeat it, You reserved a table For Dinner on Tuesday at 7.30 for 2
people. Is that correct?
B : That's Great
A : Thank you Madam, See you Tomorrow at 7.30.
B : Ok, See you then.

The dialogue is a short sample of handling reservation at the reservation. The only way to be
able to communicate is by communicating it.
