TEACHER REFLECTION AFTER A 5 DAY VIRTUAL INSET

The VIRTUAL INSET 2022 from Day 1-5 was indeed Tremendous!

First, I am very interested in this INSET to be more updated in the

new norm, secondly, I knew that INSET would require me to gain more
knowledge digitally. Although know the seminar will require loads of work, I
still wanted to take it and I don’t regret my choice.

The topics discussed provided me with a different perspective to a

teacher Education. I believe that to become a distinguished teacher, I will
be a supportive citizen/educator, impactful in positive ways, effective at
helping learners and others and provides an inclusive environment. I
should represent talents and become a teacher who makes a difference. A
teacher who never stops learning and always seeking professional growth
and development.
