→ Science and Technological revolutions are emerging from entirely new sectors.
Products and innovation are transforming economies and lifestyles across the world.
The most remarkable breakthroughs of science are improving from time to time.

2. Implication of Scientific development (ETHICS)


→ Ethics in scientific development can help solve problems and research to address moral
dilemmas. While science is objective, ethics is subjective. Values are reflected even in
the choosing of scientific methods and products, they relate to having an impact on
society.

3. Implication of Scientific development (CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY)


→ Science checks our health, cure our ailments, alleviates hurt and pains, helps us provide
nourishment for our basic requirements – including our food, provides energy, and
makes life more pleasant with music, sports, lifestyle, and the latest communication
technologies. It nourishes our spirit.

2 1. Importance of scientific literacy


→ Science literacy is important, but it is not enough to make well-informed decisions about
society. Recognizing that science is a process done by people who work in a social
setting should be at the center of our science education.
→ Scientific literacy promotes medical decision-making. It encourages obtaining extra
knowledge and embracing revision as what is known one day is replaced with
something different. It also gives techniques for checking among other alternatives.

→ I’ve learned a lot about the importance of science in our daily lives. Starting from
history, we built up our morals, society, and the technology that we are using in this era.
→ Dr. Neil Tyson interview had a great impact on my perspective about the science. The
beauty in knowing the truth. Using Science for the benefit of mankind.
