Classroom Policy on Solid Waste Management

Section I: Tittle
This policy is known as “Classroom Solid Waste Management”.

Section II: Declaration of Policy

This policy serves as guidance to all learners to practice and maintain the cleanliness of the
classroom through proper waste segregation and disposal.

Section III: Role of Classroom Personnel

1. The adviser shall be in-charge of monitoring to insure the proper waste segregation and
disposal in the classroom.
2. The adviser shall religiously check the trash bin if the trash is put in proper trash bin.
3. The learner shall responsible for classroom waste segregation.
4. The learners shall maintain classroom cleanliness including regular garbage disposal.

Section IV: Garbage Collection Schedule

1. The learners should strictly follow the garbage collection schedule.
2. The classroom shall establish a cleaner’s collection schedule that responsible in maintaining the
waste collection and disposal every day at 4:20 pm.

Section V: Grounds
1. The learners are subject to ground if:
a. They are cleaners and failed to dispose the waste regularly according to their
schedule.
b. The learners are failed to practice the proper waste segregation.
2. The grounds on not practicing the proper waste segregation and disposal in the classroom are:
a. Segregate the waste and dispose to designated disposal area.
b. Picking of trash that are not dispose in proper trash bin and disposed to a
designated disposal area.
