SCOPE OF WORK

1.0 REFERENCED DOCUMENTS

1.1 The following documents, including any documents or standards

referenced therein, are by this reference incorporated into and made part
of this Contract and shall be adhered to by CONTRACTOR in
performance of the WORK.

The technical scope of WORK is specified in details in Issued for Bid (IFB)
Package.

1.2 Certain documents in the detailed description of the FACILITIES may

have been written with references to the individual responsibilities of the
Vendor and CONTRACTOR. This division of responsibility reflects SAUDI
ARAMCO’s normal way of executing similar work. Notwithstanding the
specific statements contained therein that may refer to one party or the
other, including without limitation, a Vendor having the responsibility for
particular actions being taken, CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to
carry out, or ensure that the Vendor performs all aspects of the WORK
and provides all materials and equipment in full compliance with this Job
Specification.
