    Dear Parents/Guardians,

    Welcome to our First Parents’ Conference.


    May we request that the following guidelines will be followed to ensure
    the smooth flow of our conference.

     The Big Blue Button or BBB will be used for the conference.
     You may use laptop, desktop, ipad, tablet or cellphone.
     Look for the course HOMEROOM > CONFERENCES > CARD
    DAY.
     Please be prepared at least 5 minutes before the start of
    the conference.
     Wear a decent attire as this is an important school event.
     Kindly mute your microphone and turn on the
    webcam once you enter the meeting.
     Refrain from unnecessary use of the chat box so as not to
    distract any attendee.
     After the adviser’s talk you may raise your concerns or ask
    questions.
     Lastly, we would like to request you to refrain from taking
    pictures, screenshots, and recording videos for privacy
    reasons.
    Note: Please see the given schedule for your
    conference.
    We wish to extend our appreciation and gratitude for your

    continued support and cooperation to make this year a

    productive one to our learners.
