Video Conference Etiquette

Before the Video conference:
1. I-check ang Internet Connection.
2. I-check ang mic at camera ng gagamiting
gadget. Mas mabuting gumamit ng hiwalay ng
earphones na may built-in mic.
3. Pimili ng lugar sa bahay na tahimik at may
maayos na lighting. Huwag umupo nang
‘’against the light’’ at humanap ng stable na
patungan ng gadget.
4. Maghanda ng ballpen at papel para magamit
sa note taking.
During the Video Conference:
1. Mute Mic
2. Check Nametag
3. Turn Video on/off
4. Raise Hand and Use Chatbox
5. Talk Audibly and Wait
6. Begin and end Meeting
Mga Paalala:
• Para sa Host: Normal na hindi makarinig ng
‘’sound of affirmation’’ dahil naka-mute ang lahat.
Mas mabuti na ito kaysa sabay-sabay na marinig
ang boses at background noises ng mga
participants.

• Para sa Participants: Maging mindful sa inyong


lighting at background noises. Iwasan ang
distractions at pag mu-multitask
Essential reminders for a smooth online session:

1. Turn microphones and/or video off to


ensure smoother data flow.
2. Use and monitor chatbox
3. If someone else is speaking, wait for
the person to finish before taking
your turn.
