General Rule
1. If possible wear earphones or headsets with microphone to
minimize background noise.
2. Once the webinar begins, everyone should have their
microphones set on mute.
3. You may or may not turn off your video camera while
presentation in ongoing as long as microphone is turned
off.
4. Turn on microphone only when addressed for Q&A, use the
chat box to be recognized by the moderator.
