On 12/05/23, Diversey Chemical came to factory.

As discussed and agreed during the visit, the status is following below:
1. Waiting for the quotation of chemicals for Water Treatment, Conveyor Lubricant, and Foam
Cleaning
2. Waiting quotation for EFC (Automatic Cleaning) system at fillers
For number 2, Diversey Engineering is studying on this cases.

The due date is for completion of installation. Procurement is doing comparison quotation.

Due to Mineral Water Treatment Plant Issue, right now YGS does not take any action for DPNV.
Last time, They agreed with Mr. Sopheap to install air hose and water pipe for us for free of
charge. Then, last 2 weeks I have asked about updating that task. Srey Pov replied to me that
they need pipe and accessories, So they want us to pay for additional cost.

Due to Mineral Water Treatment Plant Issue, right now YGS does not take any action for DPNV.

The Status is waiting for quotation from YGS.

PO has not been issued yet. We plan to install flowmeter by 30/06/23.

YGS has not replaced yet. They want us to buy spare parts from them, so they can replace all
filters for us.
However, I have raised this case to Madame Pisey and Mr. Dipola, they said this task must be
responsible by YGS team.
Because they must warrantee all defects and wrong design. The negociation between DPNV and
YGS will be taken place.

Answer

We are waiting revised quotation from Lotus company which provide us quotation with original
product. We have decided to choose original one because our factory is so far from city. The
maintenance cost will be reduced if we choose original generator. There is only lotus gave us that
type of Genset. For revised quotation, Rany is following up with them.
PO has not been sumitted because Madame Pisey wants HEK to finish all defects first, then she
will decide when they can start installation

HEK comfirmed the started date again, they said that they will come on 18/05/23. The reason for
delayed started day is that they need to prepare all materials and tools for performing their task.

The Repair is needed 3 weeks for completion. So, it will be finished on 10/06/23.

We did not get any feedback from YGS. They can not provide us any expected date.
The due date 30/08/23 is date of completion of study. Then we can give recommendation to top
management.

Due to Mineral Water Treatment Plant Issue, YGS has to find solution on I&M filter tank first.
That's why they don’t provide us any update for this option. Moreover, until now we don’t know
yet what we will do next and when we can have production. The decision will be taken by BOD.
For Well#2, it is optional, we can consider this case after we are ready with Well #1.

Before sending PO to YGS, we need to make sure that our production can be running with good
quality of water first. So, we can consider installation of this scale. Right now, We need the
decision of BOD after visit of French consultant.
