• Once you log into the MyCIM website you need to go to the Studying section and then select the

• Depending on how many submissions you are going to be making the screen may appear different as

Submitting your assessment

When you are ready to submit your assignment and have logged into the platform you will be shown one of
two views below.

• Single submission view

If you are only submitting one assignment you will be taken directly to the assignment you have a
booking for as shown below.

• Multiple submission view

If you are submitting more than one assignment you will be taken directly to the assignment
submission page as shown below. By selecting the pen icon on the right of the line you will be taken
to the view above.

• To submit your file first check the information you are submitting for matches the assessment
information shown on screen.

• If you are happy to submit select the plus symbol in the grey area.

• This will open the upload file window and you need to select the browse button and locate the file
you wish to upload to the system. It will also request you to select your chosen theme for the module
you are submitting. Please note, only PDF files will be accepted on the marking platform. It is also
important to ensure that the following symbols are not used in the file name as this causes issues
when trying to open in Calibrand: “£ $ % ^ & * { [ /“.

• Once the file has been uploaded on the platform you will see the plus symbol change to the file type
that was uploaded. You will be able to add more files up the limit of 50mb if needed to the platform,
if it is a requirement of the module you are submitting against. File submissions should however be
limited to 1 file if possible and these must be PDF only.

Please ensure that the file is your final and complete submission as further work cannot be accepted
after ASC approval.

If you have uploaded the incorrect file or would like to replace it, use the red X button in the top right
corner of the file icon and this will remove the file and you can upload a new file.

• When you are ready to submit to your study centre for checking and approval just select the Submit
to Centre button at the bottom of the page.

• You will then be asked to confirm the work is your own and is compliant with the statements as
shown. If you are happy to accept these and submit to your study centre just tick the box next to
continue and then select the button.

• Once the file is submitted you will no longer be able to amend this but if you need to replace the file,
please contact your study centre who can help you.

• If you have more files to upload, select the icon and you will be taken back to the main screen
to submit more files.
