Skills and Abilities

Oranization
working planning events require alot of orinization because if you are not organized you can forget to do
things or do to much of something you already did which woud lead to an event that wont go as planed and it
will have many casualties.
communication
working as a teacher assistant not only requires you to speak with the teacher you are assisting but the kids
parents/guardians which requiares much patience to kindess to speak to them because the subject being
discussed is something they value so I must be careful with my words and expressions.
self manegment
event planning has taught me to keep me up to date with my things or I will take longer in doing them and Ican
run into more problems when not done on time.
Leadership
being on sports team involver speaking to your teamates to let them know what has to be done to win the
game.
problem solving
Being on sports team can be stressful at times due to the fact that it may not go as palnned last minute, and
when that happens it is key to keep calm and work as a team to get back on track.
Learning
Learning is something I do everyday and see it in a positive perspective because I know I will use it in the
future at some point.
