FINAL PRESENTATION
Summer Course on Smart-eco Bioproduction Agriculture (SC-SOBA) 2022

FORMAT
The final presentation for summer course will be in the form of a 3-5 minutes ‘pitching video’ that answer
the posted Research Question: “How do you make Generation Z aware of and care about agriculture and
climate change?” and that integrates one of the Smart-Eco Bioproduction Agriculture topics:
1. Climate Change & Society
2. Sustainable Agriculture
3. Climate Resilient Land
4. Emerging Pests & Diseases
5. Biodiversity in Different Landscape
6. Climate Resilient Land
7. Smart Agriculture
8. Biotechnology

TIMELINE
July
22 July
§ Participants will be divided into groups that each consists of 4-5 persons.
29 July
§ Each group will present its (tentative) topic to instructors.

TIMELINE
August
5 August
§ Participants will post the 3-5 minutes ‘pitching video’ of their own group in their
Instagram and other social medias.
§ Video should also be submitted on eLok.
5-11 August
§ The number of ‘likes’ and ‘comments’ will be counted as criteria for the best 5 videos
selection, besides the content quality.

Final Presentation Day : 12 August

§ Content of the best 5 videos will be presented (using power point) by respective
group in front of 3 judges (2 instructors and 1 lecturer from UGM), and then the
best one will be awarded the Best Presentation of SC-SOBA 2022.
