1. WORD SEARCH!
In this pre-activity, the students will search for the words that are
related to the topic to reinforce their knowledge and understanding of the
different biomes. The words in the activity sheet may be hidden horizontally,
vertically, diagonally, forward or backward. They will circle the discovered
words within one(1) minute.
2. EXPLORE!
The students will be divided into three groups. Each group has
assigned two specific biomes to describe its characteristics such as
description, climate, vegetation, and wildlife. The presenters or
demonstrators will provide handouts and materials in making visual aids to
the groups. Each group will have two presenters to present their work
creatively following the rubrics to be guided.
