Day 02
On waking up: 120 ml aloe juice with one glass of water
Breakfast: spinach egg omelet and one cup tea/milk
Snak: 10 almonds
Lunch: Grilled chicken piece with salad Snack
Snack: one cup aloe tea
Dinner: vegetable soup
One cup aloe tea before sleeping
Day 3
On waking up: 120 ml aloe juice with one glass of water
Breakfast: 1 Brown bread with tomato cucumber and one cup
tea/milk
Snack: 3 dates
Lunch: Black chana with salad
Snack: One cup aloe tea
Dinner: Chicken soup (no flour added)
One cup aloe tea before bed
Day 4
On waking up: 120 ml aloe juice with one glass of water
Breakfast: oatmeal
Snack: 5 Walnuts
Lunch: One daal Roti
Snack: one cup aloe tea
Dinner: grilled/steamed fish with salad
One cup aloe tea before sleeping
