f. Exam related documents (Call Letter and photocopy of the photo ID proof s tapled with it and s ame ID card in original.) The name on the ID card and on the
Call letter s hould be exactly the s ame.

g. In cas e of Scribe Candidates - Scribe form duly filled and s igned with Photograph affixed.
