☐ STEP 01

Once the operators have finished extracting the required garments for production from a box,
they are evacuated from the induction stations via a Knapp conveyor belt.

☐ STEP 02
The boxes circulate through different conveyors on the intermediate platform above the
sorters. The following types of Knapp Streamline series conveyors can be found in this area:

A. Roller Conveyor
B. Driven-roller Conveyor Curve
C. High-Speed Roller Switch V2
D. Hinged Conveyor Gate
E. Belt Conveyor
F. Aligning Unit BDE

See more information about Knapp conveyors in A2-TPQ-KNP and M1-TPQ-KNP

procedures.

single line. While those evacuating from inductions 7 to 12 are joined in another line.

The boxes will circulate on these two lines from the intermediate platform to third floor (Empty
Boxes Area).

☐ STEP 04

All boxes leaving Sorter, both those that are completely empty and those that still contain
some garments, go up to the upper floor (third floor) via two Knapp conveyors.

See more about path of empty boxes in A1-PED-PAQ-008 Empty Boxes procedure.

☐ STEP 06

The boxes that continue along the line through the Knapp roller conveyors.

☐ STEP 07

The line is divided into two routes to direct the boxes to one of the two box closers located in
the empty box area.

A pop-up table allows you to manage the box traffic between the two routes.

☐ STEP 08

which they leave the empty carton area (third floor) through a single line (green path).

☐ STEP 10

Goods descend two levels to the first floor through roller and belt conveyors.

☐ STEP 11

At this point the boxes are connected with the boxes coming from the rejection stations and
going to the box store (FP Silo).

The next station through which the boxes will pass is the INTRALOX table (ARB Switch
