SUBJECT : Progress Report, re – Alleged Robbery with Rape

I. AUTHORITY:

Progress Report to the investigation conducted on the incident recorded in Women and
Children's Protection Desk, Entry No. 2023-0302-07, dated May 25, 2023.

II. DETAILS:

Continuous follow investigation resulted to the recovery of the pieces of the following
evidences:

 Latent print from the door knob, and table;

 Blood on the floor; and
 Pubic hairs.
The above pieces of evidences was immediately brought to Puerto Princesa Crime Laboratory
for examination. This report was confirmed by the Investigator on Case PCpl Ann D Bato on May 25, 2023
at about 3am.
Further, document revealed that on May 26, 2023 at about 1:00 pm, the results from the
Puerto Princesa City Crime Laboratory Office examination conducted by the attending forensic analyst
Evelyn Martinez that the latent print on the door knob, and table, blood on the floor, and pubic hairs are
matched to the person of one JEREMY y DIONG, 26 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy.
Luzviminda, Puerto Princesa City. That on May 27, 2023 at about 10:30 am, the suspect admitted the
crime and surrendered himself to this office. A criminal complaint of Robbery with Rape is being
prepared against the suspect before the Puerto Princesa City Prosecutor Office.

III. RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that JEREMY y DIONG with a criminal case of Robbery with
Rape is being prepared before the Puerto Princesa City Prosecutor Office.
