A. FACTS OF THE CASE

In response to the above order, the SOCO TEAM Lucena City Police Station of this
office, headed by the undersigned, promptly reported to the scene of the incident at
Brgy. Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City.
The SOCO team conducted crime scene processing upon arrival at the scene and after
careful consultation with PACHECO, YUANNE & CARABIDO, MARCGIL, investigators-on-
case.
 A lifeless body of a male individual identified as one (1 John, Male 20. years old,
single, Student of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, and resident of the above-
mentioned address, was discovered at the crime scene. The victim was sleeping
peacefully in his dorm when he was attacked. The offender is dressed in a pink tee and a
pair of black shorts. He had Ligature marks on his lower part of his neck as well as the
other parts of his body: hands and feet.
According to the information collected, on or around 7:30 – 8:30pm on November 20,
2023, John (victim) and Jane (offender) had a heated argument. There are two witnesses
saw the argument of the couple. At 8:40pm the offender left the victim's dorm.
The two witnesses: MATALA, NATHANIEL & BUHAT CHRISTIAN. the two witnesses
invited each other to drink, around 11:12pm. the two witnesses planned to invite the
victim. the offender returned to the dorm around 11:40pm with anger still on her face.
Around 1:30am, when the offender left the victim's dorm as if in a hurry, two
witnesses greeted the offender but he ignored them. they were going to invite the
victim to drink but they found the victim lying in his dorm at 1:30am. the two witnesses
called the Lucena City Police Station, received their call at around 1:37am and the police
immediately responded. The First responders of the Scene are Officer CARABIDO,
MARCGIL & PACHECO, YUANNE.
According to Forensic Team, Cable charger is the main weapon used by the
offender. Forensic team saw ligature marks at the lower part of the neck as well as the
other parts of his body: hands and feet. The Forensic team took the cable charger for
further examination.
Following the processing of the crime scene, the victim’s cadaver was
transported to Quezon Memorial Hospital for autopsy.
