    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INCIDENT

    At around 1540H of June 25, 2023 Mr. Edmond Samosino Electrician was caught hiding
    2.0mm cutsized copper wire with estimated 28meters in total length inside his bag
    during the standard mandatory frisking at basement 1. Mr. Samosino brought to
    barangay tagumpay and police station escorted by OIC Mr. Noynay Darling Eden, SG
    Danilo Timblaco and SG Isaganie Capulong for proper investigation.

    Action taken:
    1. Immediately brought to Brgy. Tagumpay Barangay Hall and Police Station 8 for
    proper investigation

    Recommendations
    1. Continues implementation of strict inspection and frisking at the main gate of
    motorcycle, vehicles and personnel upon entering and exit of the project site
    2. Secure all materials to prevent recurring and conduct keen material inventory.
