HR Executive

We are looking for 1 HR Executive with 2+ years of experience.

What You Will Do

Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and

evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and
practices.
Planning & conducting orientation & farewell programs.
Maintain employee documents, data, and records.
Coordinate skill development programs.
Ensures monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance evaluation.
Planning & executing talent nurturing scheme.
Designing unconventional benefit packages.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment purposes.
Developing unconventional & significant Office culture.

You Must Have

Some prior experience working in the HR or Admin function.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

An ability to see opportunities to make the work environment better and the
initiative to move forward with action.
A passion for working in dynamic, and fast-paced environments.
Desire to learn and experiment with new processes and technologies.
Experienced in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Able to embrace a healthy feedback culture by both sharing and responding

constructively to feedback.
Technologically savvy – you’re able to pick up on new technologies, software, and
systems easily.
Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite

Sense of humor 
Hard worker and passionate 

Extra Credit 

Experience using WordPress

Educational Requirement

BBA/MBA major in HRM or Graduation/Masters’s with PGDHRM.

Salary
TK. 25,000 – 45000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
Salary Review: Yearly

Working Hours

8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

Weekly: 5 days.
Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
