Job Description
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Handling Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, Industrial Relation, etc
Prepare and monitoring employee contract agreement
Prepare and monitoring Business Trip
Prepare, develop and implement HR Procedure and policies
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
At Least have min.2 years experience as HR Generalist
Bachelor Degree of Psychology / SDM
Have experience in Mice & Hospitality Industry is Advantage
Familliar with UU no 13
Familiar with Insurance and BPJS
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Day-to-day HR and GA operational activities.
Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling
workplace.
Make sure that everyone on the team is engaged and productive - the team’s success is your success.
Manage General Affairs (office assets), general purchasement & vendors
Own the process of all employees’ claims and insurance matters.
Assist in all internal wellness & engagement activities
Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review,
interviewing)
Handle end to end recruitment process from candidate source until onboarding process.
Coordinate pre-employment test schedules and conduct applicant preliminary interviews.
Maintain and update Recruitment Report and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and
accuracy.
Maintain company social media (Instagram & Linkedin) to develop and implement employer branding plans and
strategies
Minimum Qualifications
Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
1-2 years People & Culture experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bonus points for startup
experience
Capable to work in a fast-paced environment Having a knowledge of the Human Resources area and or SAP/HRIS
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to lead meetings and
presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of people
Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humour!
An ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and strike a balance between employee and company
needs
Good command in English both verbal and written
Have a good attention to details & resourceful
Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to prioritize tasks well
