1 Notes  Students can create their own notes by topic
and can also share them via email if they want
to print them out later to read again.
 Purpose:
- To record something interesting that
students learn in class, any points the
teacher makes in the lesson.
- Helping you review and remember things
can also be a reminder of homework or
something that you want.

2 Vocabular  Students can create their own personalized


y dictionaries by adding in new words and
phrases as they progress in the course.
 Purpose:
- Help you remember the pronunciation.
- Add words, copy words, practice spelling, add
word types, meanings, example sentences,
and even spelling.
3 Summary  Students are encouraged to keep a diary/diary
of their learning by reviewing what they have
learned at the end of each topic.
 Purpose:
- List what you've learned about your strengths
and weaknesses in different skills and even
mention a list of tasks you'd like to try again.
- summarize what's important to you.

4 Work  Students can see the progress they have made


record in the courses, how many topics/tasks have
been submitted. They can submit their own
personal reviews of the tasks and see the
teacher's comments and grades.
 Purpose:
- List your duties.
- to decide if you pass the course or not.
- See your teacher's comments on your tasks
with review emojis. When it's time to review,
you can easily find the sad emoji and do the
task again.
5 Enrolment  Students can view details of their course, as
s details well as the results of their IEUK test
application.
 Purpose:
- View information about their course hours
and durations, as well as their course
registration letter.
- Check the course details including duration,
start date, end date.

6 Fees  Students can view invoices for their tuition


fees, as well as receipts for any payments
received.
 Purpose:
- view a detailed payments profile on the
Charges tab, with invoices and receipts.
- shows you the total amount of fees you've
paid and the amount remaining
7 Emergency  Students must complete this information the
contact first time they log in to the IEUK application
and this information is displayed here, along
with their medical records, which they can
edit if necessary.
 Purpose:
- If you have an accident or need a medical
emergency while you are at the academy,
you can contact the right person and tell
them your situation.
8 Timetable  Students can view their timetable here for
and their classes. They can also view their overall
attendance class attendance and attendance log for each
class individually.
 You should check your profile after each
lesson to make sure your attendance summary
and attendance transcript are updated
correctly.
 If you are presents you will be marked as P. If
you are late, you will be marked as L, if you
are absent for some reason that is accepted by
the teacher will be marked as AAB, if you are
absents you will be marked as AB and do not
receive any attendance in this class.
9 Tutorials  Students can see the instructions they can
follow in their course. It is important that you
reflect on your learning and understand how
you can continue to improve.
 Purpose:
- Join a short meeting with a teacher where you
can discuss the course and ask questions.
- The teacher will write notes instructions that
you can read here.
- receive reminder notifications the day before
the meeting on your phone by the IE UK
Connect app.
10 ILP  Students can view their ILP that they have
created together with their teacher throughout
their course. Students can also add their own
self-study work in the instructor section.
 There are two types of ILPs: one is student-
led. In your first tutorial with the teacher, you
will create the teacher's lead.
 Purpose:
- Set goals, it will mention the areas of English
you feel you need to improve and work with a
teacher who will advise you on how to be able
to do this.
- help yourself improve in your target areas by
completing a student-led ILP form.

11 Feedback  Students can add feedback on teachers,


courses and facilities here. They can add
ratings and the option to add comments to
explain why if they wish. There are different
types of feedback available on the app to keep
quality standard.
 Purpose:
- to make sure lessons and activities are helping
you and if there are any issues we can
address. You can give feedback about the
facilities, about the classroom, about how you
feel...
12 Certificate  Once students have taken the GES or AES
details assessment and have been marked by the
teacher, they can view the details of their
certification here. When your course is in
progress, the status will show up as a pending
course.
 Purpose:
- When your course ends, the institute will
verify your profile to ensure that you are
satisfied with the quality of grading
conducted by the teachers. It will then
travel to the UK for verification. After
both of these processes are completed,
students will be issued a certificate.
13 Complaint  Students can file complaints if they are not
s satisfied with something at the academy, such
as lessons always start late, the internet is not
good, you have problems with other students,
or the teacher is not professional.
 Purpose:
- The Academy considers responding to
your complaint and does its best to help
fix these as soon as possible. Once you are
satisfied that this complaint is fixed, you
can click Resolved to finish the claims
procedure.
14 Policies  Students can view the policies that the
academy has uploaded. These rules are for
keeping people safe, and some rules are
government laws, so they may not be the
same in every country.
 It is your responsibility as a student to
understand and comply with these policies.
