Notes:

• Each group will submit duly advisor checked reports (mid and final) to committee / SDP
coordinator and committee will forward the reports to external examiners for evaluation.
The corrections suggested by respective advisors must be incorporated in the reports before
submission to committee.
• Evaluation forms and reports from external examiners will be returned to respective
advisors and advisors will return the reports to students during meetings and will make
sure the corrections suggested by external examiners are incorporated in the subsequent
report.
• The SDP coordinator will be responsible for organizing the presentations, preparation of
results, and format checking for the final reports. The technical contents of the reports are to
be checked and reviewed by advisors and external examiners.
• The format of the final reports will only be checked by the SDP coordinator before
submission. Each group will in personal meet with the coordinator with a soft copy of
report. The changes required in format will be suggested to students by the SDP
coordinator.
• The final report will not be printed until the respective advisor and external examiners
approves the technical contents and SDP Coordinator approves the format.
• For report writing the students should follow the provided guidelines. Brief contents of the
report are provided in the guidelines. The final contents will be decided by supervisor and
will be reviewed by external examiner.
• The evaluation forms will be collected after each presentation.
• Each group will submit its weekly progress form to concerned person on every Friday duly
signed by supervisor.
• The grading procedure will be as per following format.
o Advisor = 65%
o External Examiner = 35%
• Evaluation forms will reflect the grades for each presentation and report. The forms will be
circulated before each presentation/report evaluation and will be collected back.
