Work Experience :
 Currently Working in Gujarat Flurochemical Ltd, Dahej as a production
supervisor in TFE(tetrafluroethylene)plant since may 2021 to present this
day.

 I have worked in Bharat Rasayan limited as a production supervisor

since December 2019 to May 2021.

 I have worked in Bajaj Health Care Limited as Production Chemist

since June 2019 to December 2019.

Job Profile:
• Monitoring Process Parameters of plant and taking Necessary Actions to control the
same.
• To handle and manage all the operations and process involved in the production.
• To tackle all the problems emerging out of the operations.
• To handle plant production individually & also to look over the availability of plant
utility.
• Take all responsibility of plant and production, i.e. raw materials etc & act
accordingly.
• Also a good knowledge of BROMINATION,CHLORINATION AND FLUORINATION
• Handling and maintaining safety and housekeeping of plant area.
 • Focusing on field operations for smooth & safe operations also find cost saving
suggestion from trouble shootings & skill to reduce losses and achieve minimum
rejection.
• Responsible that all the activities such as handling of material, operations and
process are done according to safety.
• Prepare, follow and update the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to assist in performing various activities related to start-up of process
systems.
• Ability to inspect all systems for operational readiness.
• Ability to start-up and operate plants and guide operators during work execution.

• Ability to ensure stable plant/unit operations and monitor flow, level, temperature,
pressure, etc. to ensure that plant/unit operates normally without trips/shutdown.
Take part of plant start-up and shut-down operations.

• Solving operational issues.

• Preparing consumptions, productions and monthly reports.

• Handle emergency condition like power fail and attaining problems.
• Handling problem like power failure, Plant Start up and Shut down activities.
Complete knowledge of how to work in field.
• Process Control the field activities and leading field team, coordinating with other
departments (viz. Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, etc.) executing operation,
ensure Manpower availability, maintenance activities, assessing root cause and
remedies.
• Familiar with MSDS of material handling.
• Co-ordination with maintenances for clearance for breakdown, preventive
maintenance and planned shut down during.
• Knowledge of varies work permits.
• Operative plant in training and should have through knowledge of process, plant
start up/shut down and emergency handling.
• Controlling Varies parameter system in plant.
• Safe, continuous and reliable operation of the plants.
• Housekeeping of respective areas.
