Prompts to set up the Microsoft Authenticator

We will soon prompt you to set up the Microsoft Authenticator. The Microsoft
Authenticator is a better authentication method when doing multi-factor
authentication (MFA) since it provides frictionless push notifications. We need you to
set up the app when prompted to.

 During a sign-in, after you successfully complete MFA, you will see a prompt to
“Improve your sign-ins”.
 Tap on “Next” and this will then kickstart a wizard that will guide you to set up
the Microsoft Authenticator.
 At the end of this wizard, the Microsoft Authenticator will also become your
default MFA method.

*****NOTE FOR ADMINS – If you are not using the Code/Number Match and
Additional/Rich Context features please delete the below line and relevant images****
From now you must choose the number shown on the sign-in screen on the
Authenticator app when you sign-in. You will also see information about the app you
are accessing and your location. This is the same information shown in your My Sign-
ins page.
